What is a Sniffory subscription?

Sniffory allows our clients to experiment and explore different fragrance options each month. It gives you the flexibility to try new scents without the need to spend extravagantly in your search for your next signature scent. We want you to receive 4 scents each month and have plenty of time to use the scent. This way you can make sure that you like it before you buy it.

Can I buy a full-size fragrance and how can I apply my discount?

So you’ve found your next signature scent — great! Each of our subscribers receives a monthly discount code for $15 after rating their scents, which can be applied towards the purchase of a full-size fragrance. It’s that easy!

Does Sniffory use authentic fragrances?

Every fragrance in our subscription comes from the original designer and distributor. And while our packaging* carries the Sniffory logo, each fragrance is 100% authentic. We believe in authenticity as much as you do, we just don’t believe it has to cost a fortune!

*Sniffory.com is a wholly independent and separate entity from the manufacturers of the designer fragrances we offer. Sniffory repackages genuine designer fragrances by decanting the fragrance from its original large bottle into our sleek Sniffory spray. Sniffory is not associated with the designer or the designer's fragrance manufacturer in any way, and we have no agreement or arrangement authorizing us to repackage the fragrance at the moment.

How do I subscribe?

What does my monthly subscription include?

Every Sniffory subscription box contains four atomizers filled with hand-selected designer fragrances specifically for you. That equates to roughly 150 individual sprays, which means you’ll have plenty of opportunity to determine if a scent is right for you.

I found a fragrance that I like, but the full-size bottle is sold out. What can I do?

First off, congratulations! You found a fragrance you like. We do try to keep a full inventory of each fragrance, but high demands can cause us to sell out of a fragrance from time to time. We promise to re-stock it for you at the earliest opportunity, so that you can start showing off that scent to everyone else.

I want to try a specific fragrance but I don’t see it available. How can I try it?

We are always adding new fragrances to the Sniffory collection. If you don’t see something available, there is a good chance we’ll have it soon!

Is there a Sniffory subscription for men?

At the moment, we only carry women’s perfumes. BUT...stay tuned! Our men’s subscription will be here sooner than you think.

Is my Sniffory atomizer safe to pack for traveling?

Yes! Whether you’re a jetsetter or just planning a weekend getaway, Sniffory is the perfect, travel-sized companion for your fragrance needs. Airplane safe and ready for you to use wherever you need.

Can I just buy a full-sized fragrance?

Of course! We are always adding new full-sized fragrances to our lineup, so if you don’t see what you’re looking for, we should have it soon.

How does Sniffory keep the cost of my fragrance so low? The department store charges a lot more!

The magic of Sniffory is that we provide an affordable way for you to try new fragrances. We are able to do so because we do not carry the same overhead costs typically associated with department stores...and we’re also pretty good at bargaining!

What do I do if I have an allergic reaction to a fragrance in my subscription box?

Sniffory does not manufacture any fragrances. Refer specifically to the manufacturer for any allergy-related issues. In the case of an emergency, contact 911 and seek immediate medical attention.

If you are prone to allergic reactions from fragrances, we recommend contacting a medical professional. Your physician or health care practitioner should address any and all medical questions or concerns. Sniffory does not give medical advice or address any conditions pertaining to your health.

Billing FAQs

When will I be billed for my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed on the 20th of each month.

How do I cancel my Sniffory subscription?

We hope that you enjoy your Sniffory subscription and get a lot of use from the fragrances included in your monthly box. However, if you need to cancel your subscription, you can do so by logging into your account. Subscriptions are set to auto-renew, so you will need to cancel at the end of your subscription term to avoid renewal. Sniffory does not offer refunds for any subscription terms, and items may not be returned. However, we do want to hear your feedback, and our customer service team is ready to address any concerns you might have!

Can I return a fragrance or receive a refund?

Any fragrances shipped to you are final, and we do not provide returns or refunds for any fragrances purchases.

Do any taxes apply?

Sales taxes are applied according to your state laws and requirements.

Shipping FAQs

Why doesn’t my subscription ship until after the 1st of each month?

Our primary goal is to stock the fragrances you want. In order to ensure proper inventory, all Sniffory subscription boxes are shipped between the 1st and 10th of every month. This ensures that we are able to meet your fragrance demands.

How long does it take for my full-sized fragrance to ship?

Full-size fragrance purchases typically ship within two days from the order date. Full-sized purchases are a high priority for us, and it is our goal to ship them to you at the earliest possible date.

How much is shipping on full-size fragrance purchase?

Sit back because the shipping is on us. That’s right! You get the fragrance; we pick up the shipping tab. It’s our way of saying thank you.

Where can I ship my Sniffory order to?

Sniffory subscriptions and full-size purchases are currently only eligible for shipping in the continental United States. We are working on international shipping, so stay tuned!

How is my Sniffory subscription shipped?

All monthly subscription boxes are shipped via UPS or USPS between the 1st and 10th of every month. Signature is not required for delivery but we will provide tracking information for those of you who have a hard time waiting!

How can I track my order?

We know it’s not fun when you have to wait but we’ve tried to make it as easy as possible. You will receive an email each month with tracking information for your subscription box so that you know when to check the mail.

What is the Sniffory affiliate program?

We’re glad you asked! Sniffory’s affiliate program provides a complimentary fragrance box to bloggers and influencers upon approval. We give them the chance to enjoy the Sniffory experience and highlight our next-level service and help spread the word. Are you an influencer? We’d love to hear from you!

What is the Sniffory referral program?

It’s coming soon, we can tell you that much! Our referral program gives you the opportunity to earn money simply by smelling good. Well, kind of. When you refer your friends and family, you can earn free gifts for every referral that signs up. Not only will they smell better, but you’ll be happier too! ??

Giving Back FAQs

How does Sniffory give back to the community?

Giving back to the community is a big part of what we do at Sniffory. A portion of every sale goes directly to charity. We’ve partnered with organizations charities that help families with terminally ill children, abused teens, and others worthy causes. When you subscribe to Sniffory, you get the opportunity to explore fragrances at an affordable cost, but you also contribute to organizations providing vital services. We think that’s a win-win!

What which organizations meet the Sniffory “do good” policy?

We do our best to partner with non-profit organizations that do great community work. In order to meet our guidelines, the organizations  must demonstrate their commitment to the community through responsible actions and spending to ensure they are truly meeting civic needs.

Return Policy

All Sniffory sales are final upon receipt of payment. Sniffory does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges of perfumes for any reason. In the event that the User is not satisfied with their Sniffory subscription, they may cancel their description at any time, and no further perfumes will be sent upon completion of the previously agreed to subscription term. The Sniffory return policy applies to Sniffory purchases including  Full Size purchases.

We understand that there may be instances where the User is not satisfied with the scent they have purchased in Full Size or through their subscription service. We value customer feedback and our support team is available to answer any questions that you might have about the perfumes, Sniffory, or the subscription services. The Sniffory support team cannot accommodate refunds or returns for any purposes, but any feedback provided will be used to better our customer experience.

In the event of allergic reaction, Users are encouraged to consult proper medical care and/or the manufacturer of the perfume. Sniffory does not offer refunds or returns to Users who experience allergic reactions.
